Our Story
From our beginnings as residential home builders to our more recent history as developers and real estate investors, our goal has been to create a business that leads to profits, as well as personal fulfillment.
In pursuit of our goal, we purchased, planned and entitled one of the largest master planned communities in Ventura County, California. The successful completion of that project allowed us to expand our focus into real estate investment.
We have assembled an investment portfolio consisting of suburban office and retail buildings, while continuing development activities as unique opportunities present themselves.
Arlen and Tony Miller
Arlen began his career working with his father and uncle, focusing on tract housing. Throughout his forty years in the real estate industry he has developed expertise in entitlement, development, construction and property management. Arlen received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and hold both a California State Contractors License, and a California Brokers License. Arlen has taken on leadership roles within the building industry and is a past President of the Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter of the Building Industry Association.
Tony Miller has worked as an entrepreneur in the real estate industry for over thirty years and is responsible for many successful development and building projects. Tony is responsible for all aspects of The Miller Family Companies’ business interests, including development, investment, and management of assets. His passion for automobiles, technology, and design led to his vision for the first truly smart home – the GlobalHome™ smart home project. Tony received his education at Boston University and maintains a California State Contractors License.
