In the early 2000’s we purchased, planned and entitled Dos Vientos Ranch in Thousand Oaks, one of the largest master planned communities in Ventura County, California, consisting of over 5,000 acres with 3,600 residential homes, schools, parks, trails, and a retail center. This project took approximately 10 years to complete.
Recently, we successfully re-entitled a 23 acre mixed-use site in the Santa Barbara wine country – This project consists of a residential and affordable housing component, a retail center, a hotel and a park site.
We are currently repositioning a light industrial building asset in Santa Barbara, California. Under the project name of “The Platform,” the rehabilitation of this property will better align it with the gentrification occurring in the neighborhood while creating substantial value.
The Mile High Electric and Train Denver projects in Denver, Colorado represent our newest development investments. Both projects have been up-zoned as they are near the city’s light rail infrastructure, creating an advantageous land basis. As we move forward, this type of venture will expand our asset portfolio and build strategic partnerships.
